A lecturer has published by Prof. Dr. Fadhil Ismail Sharaad a paper on nuclear energy, the possibilities of quaternary electrical transformation, and the surface potential energy of the basic pairwise isotopes of barium for the odd/ even nucleus.
The researcher indicated that the measured low-valence positive energy spectra and the expected energy levels, as well as the transition probabilities, are reasonably consistent with the experimental data. Furthermore, the researcher has proved that all the interesting nuclei are distorted and have unstable properties.
