The College of Science at Kerbala University has concluded a course organized at the college labs on methods of blood testing and blood transfusion in the Department of Chemistry for undergraduate students.
The course aimed to learn about blood group classification systems, as well as knowledge of compatibility and incompatibility between blood groups when performing a blood transfusion from one person to another. The course has recommended the necessity of identifying the blood type when transfusion from one person to another. Especially those who are about to marry, to find out the compatibility between their groups. The Dean of the College said that the university always seeks to improve its scientific output.
