A study at the University of Kerbala discusses the pre-concentration and the estimations of some Aromatic components in the Urea of smokers

The Master’s thesis at the Faculty of Science was discussed entitled the pre-concentration and the estimations of some Aromatic components in the Urea of smokers, by Student Abid Al-Razzaq Noah in the presence of the Dean of the Faculty of Sciences, Dr. Jassim Hanoun Hashim, Scientific and Administrative Assistant and Head of Chemistry Department. The study aims at a pre-emphasis and diagnosis of some Aromatic compounds and estimation for certain components in Aromatic Smokers and compared its concentrations with non-smokers as a field study for models from Iraq and specifically within the geographical patch of the Governorate of Karbala.
The study concluded that the sampling device in the locally manufactured nitrogen contributes to reducing contaminants and getting more accurate results. As well as, diagnosis 11 aromatic materials in Aromatic smokers. The estimation of all of the PARTIODIN and 1-Amino Nafhalin) and the study of statistical results, gave each of the statistical tests for independent samples and testing in statistically significant results with significant differences in the restrictions of the estimated materials between smokers and non-smokers and the division of smokers into groups by age and smoking the number of cigarettes consumed per day, and examining the difference between different totals using the Anova test and did not give statistically significant results.
