The month of Ramadhan is that in which was revealed the Quran, a guidance for the people and clear proofs of guidance and criterion.

God Almighty Has Spoken The Truth

His Excellency, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr.  Naeem Abd Yaser Al-Aboudi said that “We extend our sincere congratulations, prayers and blessings to the Iraqi people and the entire Islamic Nation on the blessed Month of Ramadan in which Muslims conduct the manifestations of worship, benevolence, patience, tranquility and peace”.

Dr. Al-Aboudi added that “On this occasion, we ask Almighty Allah to bestow all goodness on our country and our people and bestow blessings on those who fast and those who perform acts of worship, and that He rewards them abundantly, He is All-Hearing and Responsive”.
