His Excellency, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr.  Naeem Abd Yaser Al-Aboudi delivered a lecture at the National Defense College at the Defense University for Military Studies on the academic and development programs by university institutions to support State’s institutions.

Dr. Al-Aboudi reviewed the Ministry’s policy and approach in implementing development plans, strengthening curricula and university outcomes, internationalizing education and attracting international students.

His Excellency stressed on the importance of shifting towards adopting the Bologna Process and coordinating with international universities and competent international organizations to give the necessary momentum in the fields of training and achieving scientific twinning programmes.
