During 66th Graduation Ceremony of Baghdad University, Dr. Al-Aboudi Confirms Working By Integrated Stages of Professional Development & Developing Research Environment in Academic Institutions

During the 66th Graduation Ceremony entitled (Al-Aqsa Flood), His Excellency, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Abd Yaser Al-Aboudi confirmed that the Ministry is working according to integrated stages in the fields of professional development and developing the research environment in academic institutions.

Dr. Al-Aboudi said that the graduation of this constellation holds everyone additional responsibility related to preserving the academic reputation of this ancient institution in which scholars, faculty members, researchers and students have invested decades of work, commitment and creativity.

His Excellency reviewed that the Ministry is working according to integrated stages in the field of professional development and developing the research environment in order to give the necessary momentum to universities, their colleges, branches, departments and centers in the fields of scientific giving and the production of scientific research and positive results in international rankings and websites.

Dr. Al-Aboudi demonstrated that the graduation activities included delivering a speech by University’s President, Dr. Munir Hamid Al-Saadi, who reviewed the indicators of scientific achievement of the University of Baghdad and its colleges in the field of scientific publishing and international classifications, while the ceremony witnessed the chanting of the university oath and the ceremony of awarding certificates to graduates.

His Excellency concluded the graduation activities by honoring the top students and renewed the commitment of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research to support graduates who have armed themselves with the tools of knowledge, completed their university career and are close to entering the work environment and embarking on tasks and responsibilities.
