During chairing the regular meeting of the Education, Youth and Sports Committee emanating from the Iraqi-Saudi Coordination Council, His Excellency, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Abd Yaser Al-Aboudi reviewed that the meeting concluded by recommending that its outcomes be submitted to the Iraqi-Saudi Coordination Council to be embodied within the joint work space and to enhance bilateral cooperation programmes.

For their part, the attendees reviewed the fields of cooperation at the level of programs in the fields of higher education, scientific research, education, youth, and sports, especially with regard to scholarships provided by the two countries, visiting professors, joint supervision, training of staff, digitization of curricula and preparing students and their scientific, educational and sports programs.

It is worth to be mentioned that the meeting was attended by the Minister of Education, Head of the body of advisors, and representatives of the Ministry of Youth and Sports, Iraqi National Olympic Committee, secretariat of the Joint Coordinating Council and the rapporteur of the Education, Youth and Sports Committee.
