During Centenary of College of Education, Baghdad University , Dr. Al-Aboudi Confirms Progress of Developing study Programs for Education Specializations & Improving Their Fields & Outcomes

During the centenary of College of Education – Ibn Rushd, University of Baghdad, His Excellency, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Abd Yaser Al-Aboudi confirmed the progress of developing study programs for education specializations and improving their fields and outcomes.

Dr. Al-Aboudi reviewed that the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research is keen on taking into account the course of the government program, priorities of the Ministerial curriculum, and the national strategy for education is about providing the necessary support to colleges with their various specializations and harnessing the capabilities according to what researchers and students need in the midst of their specializations, which ultimately results in university outcomes that advance society’s requirements and meet its need for academic educational specializations.

His Excellency appreciated the kind care and praiseworthy attention of the His Excellency, Prime Minister, Professor Engineer, Muhammad Shiaa Al-Sudani for the educational environment in general and for the ancient scientific edifices in particular, which have achieved indicators, successes and achievements worthy of being added to the achievements of our academic institutions that have raised Iraq’s name in the international competition platforms and documented its specialized research in the Global facilities and obtained thirty-seventh score worldly in the university rankings.

For thier part, the Cultural Advisor to the Prime Minister, President of the University of Baghdad and Dean of the College of Education, Ibn Rushd delivered official speeches, as well as honoring a number of academic figures and representatives of community associations.

It is worth to be mentioned that the ceremony was attended by a number of Ministers, representatives, Advisors, University Presidents, deans, faculty members and students.
