Responsible for the management and supervision of the operations of the Registration, the tasks of the registration office includes the followings:
- Printing and following up all the formal documents.
- Admitting and registering students according to the Ministry of Higher Education and scientific research matters related principles.
- Organizing a file for every student, which includes his documents and academic record during presence and archiving afterwards.
- Following up on to transfer students from other universities.
- Update relevant records, databases and spreadsheets to ensure that accurate, up to date information is accessible to those that require it.
- Preparing lists of expected graduates in collaboration with the scientific departments and checking their academic records.
- Generate statistics reports as required.
- Issuing graduation certificates and transcripts in addition to other documents in both Arabic and English.
