At this critical time and the abundance of sad news, the Karbala International Journal of Modern Science comes with great news and a vital glimmer of hope for Iraq. The journal appeared in the Scopus database with the Cite Score 3.6 and within the first quarter Q1. This achievement is considered unprecedented by any Iraqi journal.

Thanks for the esteemed President of Karbala University for his unlimited support for the journal and the College of Science. Thanks for the editor-in-chief, Prof. Dr. Ahmed Mahmoud, who works day and night to keep and elevate the journal. Thanks for the editorial board and Iraqi and foreign researchers.
