During a tour to the College of Arts, Al-Iraqia University and  its classrooms and  laboratories, His Excellency, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr.  Naeem Abd Yaser Al-Aboudi inaugurated its central library, as  well as reviewing stages of its rehabilitation, the number of scientific sources in it, studies, dissertations and theses.

Dr. Al-Aboudi attended a discussion of a Ph.D. thesis.

His Excellency praised the level of internal organization and supportive services provided by those in charge of the central library to scholars and researchers, especially postgraduate students, as well as keeping pace with the movement of scientific updating of publications, periodicals and sober scientific sources.
