His Excellency, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr.  Naeem Abd Yaser Al-Aboudi honored, faculty member at the College of Pharmacy, University of Mosul, Dr. Moataz Muwafaq Salman for his distinguished scientific and research work and for obtaining an award in the field of neuroscience by the International Society of Neurochemistry.

Dr. Al-Aboudi confirmed that the achievements of Iraqi scientists and researchers and their scientific contributions in various fields constitute an important milestone for Iraqi universities and a basis for promoting and exchanging experiences with international universities and providing an appropriate environment for twinning agreements and joint scientific programs.

For his part, Dr.  Salman expressed his appreciation for the interest shown by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research in following up the staffs and researchers working in specialized scientific fields and enabling and supporting them to achieve indicators of global excellence.
