His Excellency, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Abd Yaser Al-Aboudi honored Professor of Linguistic and Quranic Studies, Dr. Fadhil Saleh Al-Samarrai in appreciation of his scientific achievement, which embodies an academic history full of distinction.
Dr. Al-Aboudi confirmed on the Ministry’s commitment on supporting the Iraqi academic institutions, which are witnessed by national and international forums and proceeding with the investment of all energies whose history has recorded outstanding performance in the field of their specialization, especially in the environment of human studies full of personalities with an important presence in the academic and cultural aspect in Iraq.
