During his visit to the headquarters of the Iraqi Cultural Attaché in the capital, Amman and meeting with its cultural advisor, Dr. Wassim Al-Tamimi and a number of its employees, His Excellency, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Abd Yaser Al-Aboudi stressed the importance of continuous follow-up and communication with Iraqi students in Jordanian universities, overcoming the challenges facing them and enabling them to complete the scientific and academic requirements in the specialties that they study.
Dr. Al-Aboudi followed up the affairs of Iraqi students in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
Hs Excellency emphasized on promoting and developing of cultural exchange programs between the universities of the two countries.
Dr. Al-Aboudi toured the Iraqi Cultural Attaché, that the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research is positively keen on concluding productive global partnerships with international institutions and organizations that meet and respond to contemporary knowledge requirements and open the way towards opportunities for scientific cooperation in development fields and work to support scientific research and provide appropriate climates to diagnose what Iraqis need educational services.
His Excellency demonstrated the importance of the Iraqi Cultural Attachés in the world to attract international students within the “Study in Iraq” project, which is sponsored and supervised by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
Dr. Al-Aboudi reviewed the procedures of the Cultural Attaché in following up the affairs of Iraqi students studying in the Kingdom, their numbers, and the majors they enrolled at the level of university studies.
