Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research reviewed “In light of its scientific policy aimed at developing scientific research aspects and enabling researchers with mechanisms for global publication and as an embodiment of the objectives of the education strategy in Iraq, which extends to 2031, the Ministry announces on launching of Iraqi universities’ accounts in Scopus, as of the current July 1, 2023”.

Higher Education also reviewed that “ During this time in which the balance of Iraqi scientific research globally rises to more than one hundred and eleven thousand and six hundred research, the Ministry confirms that completing the official subscription of Iraqi universities to Scopus repository will give an important impetus to the Iraqi research movement”.
