His Excellency, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr.  Naeem Abd Yaser Al-Aboudi said that “ With Sorrowful, patient, and proud of the memory of Ashura, we extend our condolences to our Islamic nation, our great references, and our Iraqi people for the testimony of Imam Hussein, His family and His companions Peace Be Upon Them All, in the incident of kindness that embraced and embodied the feelings of pride, the pain of sacrifice, the spirit of victory, the message of reform, the approach of Islam and the guidance of the Holy Qur’an to confront tyrants and confront corruption, injustice, tyranny and arrogance in every time and place”.

Dr. Al-Aboudi said that “We take inspiration from the fervor of this occasion, whose sacred symbol floats around its sacred symbol, the processions of the sacrificed and the faithful, a pledge that the days will not shake that we are honest and steadfast on the path of Ashura and its eternal Husseini cause”.
