His Excellency, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Abd Yaser Al-Aboudi said that “On International Education Day, we affirm our Iraqi academic institutions’ keenness on achieving their goals and mission in serving society, providing sustainable educational opportunities, achieving development and responding to its global requirements.

Dr. Al-Aboudi added that “ The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and its universities renew their commitment that they will spare no effort in strengthening positive international partnerships, especially with UNESCO and embodying cooperation and integration responsible for development indicators.
