A faculty member from the College of Science at the University of Karbala participated in a scientific conference organized by the Iraqi Academics Union.

Dr. Iman Taleb Kareem, a lecturer in the Department of Chemistry, participated in the preparatory committee for the Second International Scientific Conference on Engineering Sciences and Advanced Technologies. The conference was organized by the Iraqi Academics Union in collaboration with Al-Zahrawi University College, held in Holy Karbala on February 24-25, 2024.

Dr. Iman Taleb Kareem was honored by the Dean of Al-Zahrawi University College, Dr. Nazira Hussain Al-Saffar, the general supervisor of the conference, for her dedicated efforts in the conference’s success. This participation is part of a scientific knowledge exchange program among Iraqi universities aimed at enhancing scientific capabilities and knowledge exchange.
