The College of Science at the University of Karbala organized a training course on Quality Management and Institutional Accreditation, with the participation of a group of college employees. The course was delivered by Lecturer Haider Jaber Jasim and Assistant Lecturer Haitham Fadel Abdulhassan.

The three-day course aimed to clarify the concepts of quality management and the international standards of the ISO organization. It covered methods to enhance the management practices within the College of Science to progress towards institutional and programmatic accreditation. The course also explained ISO 17025 standards and the specific requirements for the Quality Management System concerning the technical calibration competence for laboratories in conducting measurement and calibration activities.
