The College of Science, represented by its Dean, Professor Hassan Jamil Jawad Al-Fatlawi, and under the supervision of the Citizens Affairs Unit in the college, is pleased to announce the activation of the #Smart Karbala application.

This interactive application allows faculty members and students of the college to communicate with relevant authorities within the university and various departments of the governorate for the purpose of receiving complaints, submitting suggestions, overcoming obstacles, and following up on inquiries to support and facilitate the citizens’ affairs sector within the university.

Application Features:
– Supports images, audio, and text messages.
– Allows users to track the progress of their submitted requests.
