A study at the University of Karbala discusses the evaluation of certain biochemical markers in children with Autism Spectrum Disorder

A Master’s thesis at the College of Science, University of Karbala, evaluated certain biochemical markers in children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

The study, presented by student Ali Fadhil Hamoud from the Department of Chemistry, aimed to estimate specific markers related to the nervous system and examine their relationship with ASD.

The study concluded that some markers could be used to predict ASD after further research, while others were considered risk factors for its occurrence.
