The Subcommittee for Promotions at Karbala University, chaired by Professor Dr. Nargis Hadi Mansour, held an important meeting to review completed promotion applications. The meeting, attended by the committee members and the head of the Subcommittee for Promotions in the college, Assistant Professor Dr. Ibtisam Abbas Nasser, involved thorough discussions on each promotion file. All requirements and accompanying documents were meticulously examined.

The meeting concluded with the approval of the completed applications after the committee confirmed that all conditions and criteria had been met. Consequently, the committee will forward these approved applications to the College Council to complete the remaining procedures.
