The Razzaza and West Euphrates Research Unit at the College of Science, University of Karbala, organized a training course titled “Building a Team in the Laboratory.”

The course, led by Assistant Lecturer Ayat Shanshul Musa, emphasized the importance of teamwork in achieving success and clarified the concepts of a team versus a group by explaining the characteristics of an effective team and the stages of team development for completing a real task. A simple test was conducted as a practical activity for participants.

Participants will receive a certificate of attendance for the course.
