University of Karbala Organizes Workshop Titled “University Personality: Challenges and Modern Perspectives”

The Psychological Counseling and Educational Guidance Unit, in collaboration with the Women’s Affairs Unit at the College of Science, University of Karbala, organized a workshop titled “University Personality: Challenges and Modern Perspectives.”

The workshop was led by Dr. Hussam Saleh Al-Rubaie, Head of the Educational Guidance Unit in the College of Education for Humanities, and Assistant Lecturer Reham Qaed Al-Shammari, a faculty member in the Department of Chemistry, College of Science. The aim was to enhance students’ self-awareness and skills for excellence and success through scientific strategies that enable them to achieve their ambitions, explore their strengths, and guide their paths toward a brighter future.

This workshop is part of an initiative to develop university students’ traits and characteristics in an era filled with challenges, providing a beacon to help students adapt to life and university pressures in a constructive manner.
