Faculty of Science at the University of Karbala organized a training course titled “Guidance Records,” aimed at highlighting the importance of documenting advisory, educational, and psychological activities for counselors to ensure high-quality performance and periodic evaluation.

The course provided a detailed explanation of how to prepare guidance records that establish a comprehensive database for students in need of educational and psychological care. It also included the preparation of lists for outstanding and talented students, those with health issues or academic delays, students who have lost one or both parents, and those with special needs.

Additionally, the course emphasized the critical role of these records in supporting colleges and academic departments by providing accurate and comprehensive information about students’ educational and psychological status. The training underlined that documentation is a fundamental element for achieving comprehensive quality standards in academic institutions.
