The study explores the crucial role of manganese ions in modifying and enhancing the structural and optical properties of silver sulfide nanocomposites, which were synthesized using the chemical deposition method. The findings indicate that adding manganese ions significantly improves these properties, expanding their potential applications in advanced technology and environmental fields.
The research highlights the optical and spectral characteristics of the synthesized compound, showing an enhancement in these properties with increasing manganese concentrations. A notable increase in the energy band gap was observed after doping, confirming its nanostructured nature, as verified by FE-SEM and XRD analyses. This breakthrough opens new avenues for the development of nanomaterials with optimized functionalities.
