Conducting the Comprehensive Oral Exam for Student Fatima Ismail Abdul Ali in the Department of Life Sciences

The comprehensive oral exam for Ph.D. student Fatima Ismail Abdul Ali was conducted in the Department of Life Sciences to discuss the approval of her research titled:

“Evaluation of Some Blood Biomarkers in Controlled and Uncontrolled Type 2 Diabetic Patients.”

The examination committee consisted of:
• Prof. Dr. Arshad Nouri Ghani (Chair)
• Prof. Dr. Zuhair Mohammed Jaddouh (Member)
• Prof. Dr. Aayed Hameed Hassan (Member)
• Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sattar Jabbar Rahi (Member)
• Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mudhafar Sami Khazal (Member)

The research aims to evaluate specific blood biomarkers in type 2 diabetic patients, both controlled and uncontrolled, with the objective of understanding the physiological changes associated with the disease and their potential use in improving diagnosis and treatment.

This exam is part of the requirements for obtaining a Ph.D. degree, during which the committee discussed the scientific and technical aspects of the research, providing guidance and feedback to the student to enhance and refine her study.
