Conducting the Comprehensive Oral Exam for Student Hadi Abdul Ameer Kazem in the Department of Life Sciences

The comprehensive oral exam for Ph.D. student Hadi Abdul Ameer Kazem was held in the Department of Life Sciences to discuss the approval of his research titled:

“Isolation and Identification of Staphylococcus aureus and Molecular Characterization of Some of Its Virulence Factors.”

The examination committee consisted of:
• Prof. Dr. Mahdi Hussein Moheil (Chair)
• Prof. Dr. Zuhair Mohammed Jaddouh (Member)
• Prof. Dr. Lamees Abdul Razzaq Abdul Latif (Member)
• Prof. Dr. Amal Talib Atiyah (Member)
• Assoc. Prof. Dr. Kawkab Abdullah Hussein (Member)

The research aims to isolate and identify Staphylococcus aureus and study the molecular characterization of some of its virulence factors, contributing to a deeper understanding of the genetic mechanisms of this bacterium and its role in diseases.

This exam is part of the requirements for obtaining a Ph.D. degree, during which the committee discussed the scientific and technical aspects of the research, providing guidance and feedback to the student to enhance and develop his study further.
