The Department of Life Sciences at the College of Science, University of Kerbala, organized a scientific field trip for second-year students from both morning and evening classes to Fadak Farm as part of its efforts to enhance students’ practical knowledge.
The trip aimed to familiarize students with various plant species cultivated on the farm, as well as to study and classify harmful insects that affect crops. This experience helped bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application, fostering students’ scientific research skills.
