The Women’s Affairs Unit at the College of Science, University of Kerbala, in collaboration with the Kerbala Civil Defense Directorate, organized a training workshop titled “Civil Defense Measures for Institutional Protection.”

During the workshop, Lieutenant Haidar Khairallah Mohammed provided an overview of the fire triangle, types of fires, methods of extinguishing and controlling them, and the different types of fire extinguishers. A controlled fire was also set to train students on using various types of extinguishers effectively.

At the end of the workshop, Lieutenant Haidar Khairallah shared the emergency contact number, emphasizing the importance of calling in case of any uncontrollable emergency situation.
