The Psychological Counseling and Educational Guidance Unit at the College of Science organized a training workshop titled “Evaluating Relationships Between Students and Faculty.” The session was led by Prof. Dr. Ahmed Mahmoud Abdul Latif and Asst. Prof. Dr. Orouss Mousa Imran, with the goal of fostering mutual understanding and creating a positive and supportive educational environment.
The workshop covered several key topics, including the importance of positive relationships in improving academic achievement and psychological well-being, as well as effective communication skills such as active listening, clear expression, and constructive dialogue. It also addressed conflict resolution strategies, the role of constructive feedback in enhancing motivation and development, and the significance of creating an inclusive educational environment that promotes respect and cultural understanding.
