The College of Sciences at the University of Kerbala organized an awareness seminar titled “Human Trafficking Crime and How to Combat This Phenomenon”, aiming to raise awareness and shed light on the dangers of this phenomenon and ways to fight it.

The seminar covered the concept of the crime, target groups, its causes, anti-trafficking efforts, and the rights of victims. It also reviewed the forms of human trafficking and its impacts, along with strategies to reduce it, supported by statistics highlighting its severity, while emphasizing the importance of community awareness.
