The Women’s Affairs Unit at the College of Science, University of Kerbala, organized a workshop entitled “Human Development and Decision-Making: The Key to Success in a Changing World”, delivered by Professor Dr. Mohammed Turki Abdul-Abbas from the College of Administration and Economics.

The workshop addressed the importance of human development in enhancing self-awareness and decision-making. The speaker presented practical steps including continuous learning, goal setting, the use of analytical tools, and learning from failure.

This workshop is part of the Third National Plan for Women, Peace, and Security – Pillar Three (Participation and Institutional Reform), which advocates for the empowerment of women and the enhancement of their role in society.
