The College of Science Launches Awareness Campaign on the Risks of Climate Change

The Women’s Affairs Unit at the College of Science organized an awareness campaign titled “Health and Economic Risks of Climate Change”, as part of the college’s efforts to promote environmental and societal awareness, and in line with the implementation of the Third National Action Plan for Women, Peace, and Security – under the pillar of “Protection and Prevention.”
The campaign aims to raise students’ awareness of the serious health and economic impacts of climate change, educate them about climate-related diseases, and encourage them to take positive actions to mitigate its negative effects.
As part of the campaign, awareness posters were designed and distributed to simplify key concepts and effectively deliver informative messages, enhancing students’ understanding of the risks associated with climate change and the importance of proactive response.
