The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research has announced the opening of the transfer of admission process and the acceptance of preparatory school graduates from the previous academic year (2024–2025), according to the following regulations:

First: Conditions for Transfer of Admission

The student must have been admitted in the academic year 2024–2025 through one of the following channels: Central Admission, Martyrs’ Families Quota, or Elite Admission.

The student must have failed or postponed their studies in the mentioned academic year.

The student must not be currently enrolled in any of the following forms of education:

Morning public education

Evening studies

Private education

Colleges affiliated with religious endowments

 

Second: Conditions for Acceptance of Previous Year Graduates

The student must be a graduate of the academic year 2023–2024 through the Central Admission or Martyrs’ Families Quota channels.

The student must not be enrolled in any of the aforementioned types of education.

Application Period:
The application period will begin on Thursday, July 10, 2025, and will continue until the end of the official working hours on Sunday, August 10, 2025.

Students wishing to apply for transfer are required to visit the Student Affairs and Registration Unit at the College of Science to complete the necessary procedures within the specified period.
