The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research has announced the mechanism for filling vacant seats within the admission plan for postgraduate studies for the 2025–2026 academic year.

The Ministry affirmed that this step reflects its commitment to addressing unoccupied seats and ensuring that all necessary procedures are completed to include candidates who passed the competitive examination, based on merit and eligibility.
