Kerbala Governorate Hosts the faculty of Science for a Training Workshop on Women’s Electoral Campaigns

Under the patronage of the Governor of Kerbala, Engineer Nassif Jasim Al-Khattabi, the Kerbala Governorate hosted the College of Science at the University of Kerbala to conduct a specialized training workshop for women’s organizations affiliated with political blocs and parties participating in the 2025 parliamentary elections, in cooperation with the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.

The workshop aimed to empower participants in designing effective electoral campaigns, crafting impactful messages, and achieving positive visibility for female candidates. Faculty members from the University of Kerbala delivered strategies for women’s electoral campaigns, structured into three stages: preparation, implementation, and evaluation. The program also emphasized digital media, cybersecurity, and legal as well as psychological protection for female candidates during and after the elections.
