Dr. Zahraa Zuhair Mohammed, a lecturer in the Department of Life Sciences at the College of Science, University of Karbala, has been selected as a scientific reviewer for a research paper published in AMB Express, a journal under the prestigious Springer publishing group.

The paper, titled:
“In vitro antibacterial activity of photoactivated flavonoid glycosides against Acinetobacter baumannii”,
investigates the antibacterial activity of photoactivated flavonoid glycosides against Acinetobacter baumannii, a highly antibiotic-resistant bacterium.
