University Morning Session at the College of Science on the Virtues of Ramadan

The Educational Guidance and Psychological Counseling Unit at the College of Science, University of Kerbala, organized a university morning session as part of its awareness activities. The session covered several key religious topics, including the origin of the name “Ramadan,” the difference between fasting (Ṣawm) and fasting (Ṣiyām), and the best practices during this sacred month.
The session also featured Quranic verses and Prophetic hadiths related to these themes, enriching the attendees’ spiritual understanding. The lecture was delivered by Dr. Haitham Dalool and Professor Shaima Ibrahim Saeed, both members of the Educational Guidance Unit.
