His Excellency, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Abd Yaser Al-Aboudi congratulated our Islamic nation, our Iraqi people, the family of Higher Education and Scientific Research, including faculty members, employees and students in our universities on the occasion of the blessed Eid Al-Fitr, in which the deeds were accepted and the joy of those who were fasting were their deeds crowned with goodness, forgiveness, happiness and success.<\/p>\n
Dr. Al-Aboudi asked Almighty God on this occasion to return the holy month and these blessed days to our people and our nation with blessings to bestow blessings and prosperity on our country and our holy land.<\/p>\n
