The study aimed to analyze physiological, biochemical, and hormonal changes and their relationship with miRNA-590 in women diagnosed with hypothyroidism.<\/p>\n
Findings indicated that decreased thyroid hormones lead to increased levels of LDL cholesterol and triglycerides, alongside higher adipokine hormone levels and significant alterations in miRNA-590 gene expression, suggesting its potential role in thyroid dysfunction.<\/p>\n
The study recommended:<\/p>\n
Expanding the sample size for a more comprehensive analysis.
\nMonitoring disease progression over time.
\nIdentifying genetic variations associated with thyroid disorders.
\nInvestigating the molecular pathways influenced by miRNA-590 to better understand its role in thyroid regulation.<\/p>\n
