His Excellency, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi congratulated the educational family on Teacher\u2019s Day, in which we draw noble values that derive their content from the supreme constants and authentic principles of our noble Iraqi people.<\/p>\n
