\nThe session was presented by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Zeina Thamer Abdul-Hussein and Assist. Lecturer Intisar Kazem Ghalib and aimed to raise awareness among participants about the health risks associated with excessive water intake and educate them on how to avoid these dangers by following proper health guidelines.
\nThe workshop highlighted:
\nThe adverse effects of excessive water consumption, such as water intoxication (hyponatremia), kidney, and liver complications.
\nGuidelines for drinking water in moderation based on the body’s needs.
\nThe importance of maintaining a balanced fluid intake for overall health.<\/p>\n
