The University Psychological Counseling Unit at the College of Science, University of Kerbala, organized a workshop entitled \u201cHow to Speak with Confidence? Mastering Counseling Interview Skills.\u201d The workshop aimed to develop the abilities of academic counselors by enhancing their communication, active listening, and positive interaction skills with students.<\/p>\n

The workshop was presented by Dr. Hussam Sabah Al-Rubaie, who discussed key practical techniques that help counselors build successful professional relationships with their advisees, emphasizing the importance of self-confidence and psychological readiness prior to counseling interviews.<\/p>\n
