His Excellency, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Abd Yaser Al-Aboudi said that \u201cOn this day of victory, we recall the epic of triumph, renewing the national stances, exceptional acts of heroism, and noble sacrifices that Iraqis etched with their pure blood in the face of the ISIS terrorist forces, defending the land of civilization and holy shrines\u201d.<\/p>\n
Dr. Al-Aboudi added that \u201cAs we extend our congratulations to all Iraqis on this national day, we draw the essence and strategic depth of this commemoration from the historic call and decisive word of the Supreme Religious Authority, and from the sacrifices of the martyrs and symbols of victory who inscribed for Iraq an eternal glory in the conscience of the region and the world\u201d.<\/p>\n
His Excellency continued by saying that that \u201cPeace be upon Iraq on its day of victory and mercy and eternity to its martyrs\u201d.<\/p>\n
