The Department of Physics at the Faculty of Science, University of Kerbala, organized a training course entitled \u201cSkills in Drafting Administrative Correspondence and Official Documents.\u201d The course aimed to develop employees\u2019 skills in preparing administrative correspondence in a professional and precise manner, in accordance with the approved rules applied in governmental institutions and the private sector.<\/p>\n

The course addressed the types of official correspondence and the principles of administrative writing, including clarity, conciseness, accuracy, formality, and the avoidance of common errors. It also included practical training on the proper drafting of official letters, memoranda, reports, recommendations, and formal responses.<\/p>\n

The course is expected to contribute to improving administrative communication skills and enhancing the quality of job performance and professionalism.<\/p>\n
