It also included the evaluation of renal function and hematological parameters, in addition to the use of polymerase chain reaction (PCR) techniques to investigate IL-38 gene polymorphisms.<\/p>\n<p>The study aimed to measure and compare the levels of IL-32, IL-38, and IL-39 between patients and healthy individuals, to analyze the correlations among these biomarkers, and to examine the association between psoriasis types and various demographic factors.<\/p>\n<p>The results revealed significant hematological and biochemical alterations in patients, reflecting the systemic nature of psoriasis and highlighting the importance of focusing on understanding disease mechanisms to improve diagnosis and treatment.<\/p>\n<div id='gallery-1' class='gallery galleryid-5725
