The Women\u2019s Affairs Unit at the College of Science organized a seminar entitled \u201cThe Image of the Inspirational Woman in Modern Iraqi Literature and Its Cultural Representations,\u201d as part of the implementation of the National Strategy to Combat Violence against Women and Girls.<\/p>\n

The seminar was presented by Professor Dr. Karima Noumas Mohammed, who delivered an analytical study of the image of the inspirational woman in modern Iraqi literature, viewing it as an indicator of transformations in cultural and social awareness. She emphasized the presence of women in narrative and poetic texts as cultural agents and as conscious voices addressing issues of identity, resistance, and liberation.<\/p>\n

The study also highlighted the pivotal role of Iraqi women in shaping cultural awareness by deconstructing traditional stereotypes and presenting inspiring feminist models that reflect intellectual strength and the capacity for creativity and resilience. This contributes to establishing women as role models and reinforcing their presence in cultural memory.<\/p>\n
