The Department of Biology at the College of Science, University of Kerbala, organized a workshop entitled “Parasitic and Fungal Causes of Skin Diseases in Humans”. The workshop aimed to introduce the most common parasites and fungi responsible for dermatological conditions in humans.
The event included explanations on methods of diagnosis and prevention, as well as the identification of pathogenic vectors that contribute to the transmission of these infectious agents. It also clarified the mechanisms of skin infection transmission and strategies to limit their spread.
