The Department of Chemistry at the Faculty of Science organized a workshop entitled “Applications of ChatGPT in Supporting Research and Education in Analytical Chemistry.” The workshop aimed to enhance the scientific research skills of students and researchers and to provide them with innovative approaches for effectively utilizing artificial intelligence technologies in academic settings.
The workshop included a detailed explanation of how ChatGPT can be used accurately and efficiently in drafting and structuring scientific research, in addition to demonstrating methods for interpreting analytical data and spectra using artificial intelligence. The course also focused on developing participants’ skills in designing and writing effective prompts for interacting with intelligent systems to achieve optimal research outcomes. Furthermore, the workshop addressed the responsible and ethical use of these technologies in academic environments, ensuring their application as supportive tools for innovation and scientific development.
